Job Summary Key Responsibilities:

Identify and assess property development opportunities in line with company strategy.
Conduct market research, site assessments, and financial feasibility studies.
Prepare and present business cases, project proposals, and investment reports.
Liaise with architects, engineers, urban planners, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
Navigate zoning, permitting, and other regulatory approval processes.
Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
Negotiate land acquisitions, development agreements, and contracts with relevant stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., legal, finance, marketing) to support project execution.
Monitor construction progress and resolve project-related issues as they arise.
Ensure all developments comply with local building codes, environmental laws, and safety standards.
Previous experience in residential buildings

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Property Development, Real Estate, Urban Planning, Construction Management, or a related field.
35 years of experience in property or real estate development.
Strong understanding of land use regulations, development processes, and financial modelling.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property development software/tools.
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
