Business Development Specialist - Mobile Home Park Acquisitions

(Remote, South Africa - Night Shift)

Patriot Holdings is hiring a Business Development Specialist to help us turn research into real conversations.

Who We Are:

We're a US-based private equity firm focused on commercial real estate, with a serious appetite for off-market mobile home park deals. We've got the researchers. We've got the data. We need you to bring it all to life -- via text, email, or a confident phone call.

About the Role:

You'll be the connector between high-quality research and high-value conversations with property owners who weren't expecting our call -- but are glad we did.

What You'll Be Doing:

Outbound outreach (calls, emails, texts) to qualified property owners Following up consistently and professionally Helping convert pre-qualified leads into real opportunities for our Acquisitions team Building light rapport while understanding deal dynamics Logging outreach and notes into our CRM Tracking progress toward weekly outreach goals

What We're Looking For:

Strong experience in outreach, business development, and CRM systems is essential

Clear, neutral/US-friendly accent Fluent, confident English speaker and communicator Comfortable cold calling or following up with leads Strong understanding of relationship building Self-motivated and structured -- this is a night shift role (5PM-1AM SAST)

Compensation & Incentives:

Base Salary:

~R28,000/month (USD $1,500)

Performance-Based Incentives:

Weekly activity incentives Monthly bonuses for consistent outreach Conversion incentives: 10-15 basis points on deals sourced through your efforts
