We are seeking a motivated and licensed Real Estate Auctioneer to join our growing team! As a Real Estate Auctioneer, you will be responsible for helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties through our online platform. You will guide them through every step of the real estate transaction process, ensuring a smooth and successful experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Conduct market research to determine property values and trends. Negotiate contracts and close deals on behalf of clients. Maintain strong knowledge of local neighbourhoods and real estate market conditions. Build a network of leads through prospecting, referrals, and networking. Prepare and review documents such as contracts, leases, and closing statements. Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the transaction process. Stay up to date on real estate laws and regulations.

Requirements:

Active Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC). Proven experience as a real estate agent or similar role preferred. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Familiarity with real estate CRM systems and MLS databases. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Stable wi-fi network and laptop.
