We are seeking an experienced Property Administrator with strong UK property management and maintenance coordination experience to support a UK-based residential property portfolio.
This is a fully remote role, working from South Africa, dealing daily with UK landlords, tenants, and contractors. This role is not suitable for entry-level applicants.
Key Responsibilities:
Logging, prioritising, and managing property maintenance issues
Liaising with UK-based contractors and arranging works
Obtaining and comparing quotes for landlord approval
Monitoring progress and ensuring timely completion of works
Acting as a main point of contact for landlords and tenants
Providing professional updates and resolving issues efficiently
Ensuring properties remain compliant (Gas Safety, EICR, EPC, etc.)
Updating property management systems and maintaining audit trails
Essential Requirements:
Proven experience in UK residential property management
Strong background in property maintenance coordination
Confident communication with UK landlords, tenants, and contractors
Excellent written and verbal English
Highly organised and able to work independently
Comfortable working UK time zones
