Property Administrator The Property Administrator is to key member of the Property Management team and provides administrative support to the Property Manager. This role is responsible for the full administrative function regarding the onboarding and ongoing support of tenants. The Property Administrator acts as the first point of contact for tenants on aims to resolve any matters before escalating to the Property Manager. One of the key responsibilities of this role is to assist the Property Manager with the preparation of the Management packs, rolling forecast. Ensures accurate tenant statements by coordinating the onboarding of tenants inline with internal processes and regulatory requirements. Monitors and maintains standards, procedures and policies to lease administration and capturing thereof onto BROLL. 2. Monitors the lease tracking registers for the portfolio. 3. Coordinates commission claims ad the approval thereof. 4. Manage talent profiles on Broll. Prepares monthly journals for review by Property Manager as input into tenant statements. Prepares monthly journals, including ad-hoc utility files and submits to Credit Controller. Calculates and monitors turnover rentals on an annual basis. Provides administrative support with the occupation of new tenant leases as well as the renewal of existing leases. Generates all offers to tenants as requested by the Property Manager. 2. Ensures that all documentation and regulatory requirements are adhered to for all leases (existing and new). 3. Provides feedback to Property Manager on upcoming on upcoming expiring leases.
