Following up with service providers work at all properties and the business
Dealing with suppliers regarding quotes, invoices and payments
Dealing with municipality regarding faults reporting, queries on accounts, follow ups, bill requests
Dealing with service providers regarding claiming for guarantees on items/appliances
Signing of leases and agreements and forwarding to attorney
Requesting required documents from service providers and forwarding when required of quotes/statements/invoices/vouchers
Ensuring all monthly payments for service providers, security/cleaning/consumables and municipal utility bills are entered and ready for payment before due date
Ensuring orders are followed up on
Maintain a healthy relationship with suppliers and co workers
Ensures that housekeeping policies and procedures are implemented and monitored consistently.
Ensure the work space is neat at all times
The completion of Ah hoc duties from time to time.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Demonstrated experience as a property administrator is advantageous.
