An exciting fast-growing retail company requires the services of a knowledgeable and experienced highly engaged, results driven and organized individual to join our team.

Your key areas of responsibilities will include:

Managing suppliers Suppliers follow ups Ensure suppliers deliver on due dates Facilitate meetings with suppliers Preparing projects/maintenance/facilities reports Maintain projects/maintenance/facilities schedule. Ensure outstanding takes of a projects/maintenance/facilities are resolved timeously Ensure projects/maintenance/facilities are executed on a due date Keep management updated on the active projects/maintenance/facilities Obtain costs tracking sheets from suppliers during a projects/maintenance/facility and present to management on a regular basis Ensure all staff from Footgear and suppliers are on the same page before a projects/maintenance/facility starts Ensure projects/maintenance/facilities cost spend are in line with budget Regular and realistic site visits per projects/maintenance/facilities are done Cost forecasting for a projects/maintenance/facility and present to management Make a decision if a projects/maintenance/facilities deadline will not be met and inform management Consult with stake holders

Requirements:

Matric (Grade 12) A relevant Diploma/Degree will be an added advantage Excellent planning and organisational skills Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Comfortable in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills Relevant experience will be an added advantage Long hours and over time will be required from time to time Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong communication and customer service skills.
