Qualifications and Experience

Industrial or Mechanical Engineering diploma / degree.
5 years experience.
Or an Artisan qualification with 7 years proven track record of managing projects.
Experienced in managing projects.
Experience as a leader of a team will be an advantage.
Experience of overseeing the design, development, and implementation of process improvements, machinery, tools and equipment within clear quality, time and cost parameters. Ensure CAD is used effectively and professionally in design and costing
Responsible of all CAPEX investments.
Proof of having met quality, cost, time and SHE requirem.ents.
Ability to apply statistical and other research methods to process issues and production equipment as required.
Ability to create process and machinery operations and maintenance procedures in both technical and user-friendly language.
Experience in co-ordinating and managing integrated budgets and timeframes for approved projects.
Proof of achieving agreed objectiivity
