SUMMARY:
Project Planner - Marine Projects (12-Month Contract)
Location: Simonstown Dockyard
Contract Duration: 1 Year (Mobilization: September 2025)
Security Clearance: Ability to obtain Secret-level Security Clearance required
We are looking for a highly experienced Project Planner with a strong background in marine or similar multidisciplinary projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing detailed schedules and integrated plans across multiple workstreams, including mechanical, electrical, architectural, procurement, quality, and safety.
Minimum Requirements:
- N6 / S3 / T3 qualification
- 10-15 years' experience in planning complex engineering projects
- Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6
- Skilled in the full Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project)
- Proven ability to coordinate and integrate multiple disciplines in a project environment
- Strong supply chain understanding and scheduling insight
- Excellent reporting and analytical skills
- Effective communicator and collaborative team player
