Qualifications and Experience Requirements :
Minimum Qualification:
NQF Level 6 in Project Management within the built environment.In the absence of a formal qualification, extensive industry experience at the appropriate level will be considered.
3 to 5 years of proven experience in managing built environment projects is mandatory.
Experience in fire protection systems (e.g., fire sprinkler installations) is highly advantageous.
Candidates with a background in wet services or HVAC within the construction industry will be considered as alternatives.
Strictly no candidates from the residential construction sector will be considered.

Project Planning and Resourcing:
Define scopes, allocate resources, and schedule deliverables.Project Management:

Control project budgets and manage expenditures.OSHEM & Compliance:
Uphold Occupational Safety, Health, Environmental, and Management compliance.Sales and Marketing Support:
Assist with technical inputs and planning during bid and proposal stages.Reporting:
Deliver timely and accurate progress, compliance, and financial reports to leadership.Between 3 - 5 Years
