Job Summary ? ?? is assisting a leading national catering group in recruiting an experienced to oversee multiple catering sites within their healthcare division in the Western Cape. Our client, a leading national catering group, is looking for a skilled Project Manager to oversee multiple healthcare sites. If you're operationally strong, financially savvy, and passionate about food service excellence - we'd love to hear from you. This is a dynamic operational leadership role suited to someone with strong culinary knowledge, team management capability, and a hands-on approach to driving food quality, compliance, and commercial performance across multiple locations. ??? Oversee meal preparation, presentation, portioning, and food service delivery Maintain high hygiene, food safety, and star grading standards across all units Implement and monitor standardised menus, production planning, and portion control Control procurement, receiving, stock rotation, and food cost management Oversee cash handling, staff scheduling, and payroll input Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations, legislation, and company SOPs Drive client satisfaction through professional communication and relationship management Prepare operational reports, financial forecasts, and contribute to budget development Motivate; train, and manage kitchen staff across all operational areas & Relevant tertiary qualification in Culinary Arts or Project Management Minimum 8 years' senior experience in catering or food operations (multi-site advantageous) Strong operational knowledge of healthcare or institutional catering Proven financial and administrative acumen (budgeting, stock, HR) Excellent client-facing and interpersonal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Highly organised, detail-driven, and capable of working under pressure Own transport and valid driver's licence (non-negotiable) South African citizenship or valid work permit Must be based in or able to commute to Claremont, Cape Town - On application with benefits ?? ???? - While we appreciate all applications received, only shortlisted candidates meeting the required experience will be contacted.
