Our client has an opportunity available for a Project Coordinator based in Durbanville.

Requirements:

KPAs:

Project planning and coordination.
Measure objectives and outcomes for innovation or ideas quantified, documented and traceable.
Negotiate quotes, costs and supplier agreements.
Ensure that all supplier related decisions and information is always documented and traceable.
Coordinate and communicate project team information.
Coordinate and schedule meetings for the selection of project teams.
Ensure a detailed project plan is documented.
Coordinate all activities of the project.
Coordinate and schedule meetings with suppliers to finalize details for deliveries.
Ensure contractor and the deliverable are constantly monitored to ensure objectives are achieved.
Gather and coordinate all project administration.
Create and update data for engineering improvement implementations.
Participate to create a continuous improvement environment by effective communication and contributing ideas and learning opportunities.
Identify risks in the area of responsibility and immediate operations.
