Salary: R25 000 - R35 000 CTC

A really great little branding agency is looking for a Project Manager who excels in creative services, is highly organised, and communicates effectively. What the job involves..
Managing external suppliers and freelancers
Supporting creative directors and management
Defining project goals, milestones, and timelines with clients and the creative team
Allocating resources and managing project progress
Creating proposals, costings, and reconciling budgets
Addressing issues early and effectively
Liaising with clients and managing expectations
Facilitating meetings and communication via Basecamp or Zoom
Ensuring quality control of studio work
Managing copywriters, designers, animators, and other external resources
Identifying revenue opportunities
Keeping project management software updated
Bridging creative and production teams
Participating in daily team huddles
Maintaining a deep understanding of project status
Ensuring the team has the necessary resources and meets deadlines
Producing film shoots
Occasionally participating in brainstorms and team activities
What you need to be considered..

• 3 years+ experience in an advertising or branding agency
• Strong time-management and organisational skills

* Excellent written and verbal communication
Experience managing creative teams or agencies
Comfortable working with tight deadlines and fast-paced environments
Proficiency in G Suite, Basecamp, and Xero Projects
A proactive, problem-solving mindset
Ability to motivate teams and maintain momentum
Commercially savvy - keeps projects on time and within budget
Bonus points if you..
Have experience in social media, branding, and web projects
Have strong reading and writing skills
Understand animation and broadcast design
