THE OPPORTUNITY

The PEP Foundation is seeking a Programme Administrator to ensure smooth day-to-day operations across our programmes, supporting both the Programme Manager and Head of Foundation. This is an opportunity to make your mark as a member of a foundation with big plans to support education in South Africa. We await your strong administration skills that will become the backbone of the team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain staff records (contracts, resignations, new hires). Prepare payroll reports Administer weekly and monthly payments. Coordinate programme calendars, training schedules, and school visits. Prepare monthly reports from programme dashboards - and ensure that all dashboards are up to date monthly. Ensure timely delivery of materials to schools and project sites. Support programme culture by assisting with communication and coordination.

JOB INCUMBENT REQUIREMENTS

Relevant qualification in administration, finance, or project support preferred. Strong administrator with excellent organisational and detail-management skills. Proficiency in managing data systems and advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills. Task-oriented, reliable, and able to handle multiple priorities. Enjoys working with people and contributing to a values-driven team. Cause driven and determined to serve the best interests of both beneficiaries and donors.
