Relevant 3-year tertiary qualification preferably a B-Degree.
B-Degree in Commerce and/or Public Management will be
deemed advantageous.
3 - 5 years' relevant experience in corporate governance and legal
compliance
The ability to interpret & apply relevant legislation
Sound Project Management skills.
High level of proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint while
SAP working knowledge will be advantageous
Good communication skills as ongoing interaction with local
communities on technical level will be deemed essential.
Must have a valid Code EB driver's license to travel locally and
attend meetings in person.
Must be Physically Fit to verify assets and collect items from
Corporate Store.
Key Performance Areas
Responsible for compliance and sustainability of existing CIDs as
Non-Profit Companies in terms of the legislative framework to ensure
good governance and accountability e.g. Annual General
Meetings, Companies and Intellectual Property Commission
