Vacancy: Products and Software Support Location: Boksburg Job Summary: As a 1st line Product and Software Support Technician, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and you will be able to log, coordinate resolution and communicate updates for multiple incidents & requests. Education/Experience/Qualifications/Skill Requirements: Qualifications and Skills xe2x80xa2 Grade 12 xe2x80xa2 CompTIA A+ and N+ certificate xe2x80xa2 Tertiary qualification with information technology will be an advantage.
