As a Production Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing the mining operations and ensuring the smooth and efficient production of minerals. • Supervise and coordinate all mining activities, including drilling, blasting, and extraction of minerals.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Monitor production processes and equipment performance to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Plan and allocate resources effectively to maximize production output.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize operational efficiency and achieve production targets.
• Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Monitor and control production costs to achieve cost-saving targets.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports.

Requirements

• Grade 12
• 5 years' experience as a Production Supervisor within the mining industry.
• Strong knowledge of mining operations and equipment.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures in the mining industry.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
