Production Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a production Manager to lead and optimize our manufacturing operations. If you're a results-driven leader with strong production management skills, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all production processes to meet targets and quality standards.
Lead, train, and motivate the production team for optimal performance.
Manage inventory, procurement, and stock control.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality regulations.
Optimize resources, schedules, and equipment usage.
Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality.
Address operational challenges and implement solutions.
Overseeing the use, maintenance, and proper operation of all equipment and machinery
Requirements:
Proven experience in factory or production management.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Knowledge of production, supply chain, and quality control processes and machinery.
Familiarity with health and safety standards.
Own Vehicle and transportation
