Job Description
A well-established manufacturing company based in Ottery, Western Cape is seeking a skilled and experienced Production Manager to lead and coordinate all aspects of its production operations.
This is a permanent opportunity for a hands-on leader with a strong background in injection moulding within a high-paced FMCG manufacturing environment.

Direct Report: General Manager
Job Type: Permanent
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 with a relevant tertiary qualification (e.g. NQF 6 in Production/Operations Management or HNDT in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering).
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a Production Manager role within manufacturing (preferably FMCG).
- Hands-on experience with injection moulding processes and machinery is essential.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, GMP, and Food Safety practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Oversee the full production process to ensure efficient operations and on-time delivery.
- Implement production schedules and allocate resources effectively.
- Monitor workflow, identify bottlenecks, and drive process improvements.
- Lead and manage production teams, promoting a culture of accountability and performance.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, quality, and food safety standards.
- Maintain accurate production records and reporting.
