Knowledge of farming best practices and budgets (planting, growing & picking)
Detailed oriented
Great communication skills
Problem-solving skills
Collaboration
Computer literate (MS Office, ect)
Able to work long hours on location
Must be physically fit
Excellent hand-eye coordination
