Job Description
Join a manufacturing team as a Production Manager in the Eastern Cape!
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring production equipment, processes and resources are used optimally, while also maintaining high quality and safety standards. Your engineering expertise and knowledge of managing plant efficiencies, as well as quality, cost and people management will be essential in ensuring production runs smoothly.
To succeed in this role, you should have at least 5 years post-qualification experience in a manufacturing environment, Matric and an Engineering degree or equivalent, with a National Diploma in Production Management, technical knowledge and the ability to be proactive. Strong problem-solving abilities will also be valuable.
