A global manufacturing leader in sustainable thermal comfort is looking for a hands-on Production Manager to oversee plant operations in Centurion. With a strong focus on innovation, safety, and performance, this business operates cutting-edge production lines and values continuous improvement. Youll lead a dynamic team, drive efficiency, and help meet global production standards.As Production Manager, you'll be responsible for managing the full production process, people, and performance. Youll lead daily operations, drive quality and efficiency improvements, manage plant KPIs, support workforce development, and oversee maintenance coordination. Your experience in manufacturing excellence and team leadership will be essential in delivering plant objectives.
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering or related technical field
- 35 years' production management experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong leadership and people management abilities
- Hands-on experience with production KPIs, problem-solving tools, 5S, and autonomous maintenance
- Understanding of safety, environment, and continuous improvement frameworks like World Class Manufacturing
