, Bloemfontein, is seeking a Production Manager leading with planning and organising skills, a critical thinker and that exceeds with Operation Coordination.EE: Open
Requirements:
National Senior Certificate of equivalent to NQF4. 5 Year's Managerial experience. Valid RSA driver's licence with own reliable transport. Excellent People Relationship Management. Knowledge regarding IOS Standards.
Advantageous: 5 Year's Customer Service experience in an animal feed industry.
Knowledge within the animal feed production industry.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations in a high volume, and fast-paced monogastric and ruminant environment. Produce products in accordance with strict adherence to company's policies and procedures. Improve line productivity (OEE) by analysing line performances and taking the necessary action.
