Job Description
Role Summary
Lead the creative and technical delivery of multi-location documentary and promotional shoots. Direct and guide the entire production cycle from concept development through post-production.Key Responsibilities:
Develop creative concepts and approve scripts and storyboards. Direct on-site filming and oversee cinematography and sound. Manage budgets, schedules, and risk registers; maintain client liaison. Ensure final outputs meet broadcast and digital standards.
Requirements:
10+ years of multimedia direction/production experience, including
3+ large-scale 4K documentary/corporate projects
. Strong leadership and project management skills; proven record managing multidisciplinary crews. Excellent knowledge of broadcast standards and QA frameworks. South Africa-based and available for nationwide travel.Apply:
