Job Description


Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in business management major Logistics
  • 8- 10 years experience Production Control, Material Planning, Import & Export or Logistics in an Automotive OEM. MP&L Dept.
  • Be prepared to work extended hours whenever required and at short notice
Knowledge and Skills:
  • Analytical & Problem Solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of Production planning techniques and Material requirements planning systems
  • English Good to Excellent, Systems, Analytical, Systematic thinking and Logical.
  • Ability to work hard and smart not limit to.
  • Adaptable and confident to do individual work while good team player.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing

Duties:
  • Ensure that Daily Build Schedules are met and reports out accurate.
  • Ensure that Plant maintain correct data for Bill of Material and Broadcast reflect correct signal to production line
  • Ensure that material part were maintain, supervision and accounting for right inventory stock.
  • Ensure PxP and FCSD parts are made and shipped to customer on time as per requirement
  • Manage the ECC ( Engineering Change Control ) process
  • Manage team forward models, Engineering change control, Scheduling & NGAVS, Cycle count, inventory & Balance outs functions and PxP export&service parts.
  • Manage the production schedules, inventory, and obsolescence in order to ensure just in time material flow with no production disruptions and schedule change as required.
  • Monitoring monthly plant capacity summary based on current plant line-rates, operating shifts, overtime patterns and other special operating conditions, which serve as the upper and lower production capacity limits for the Sales volume programming process.
  • Ensure daily built in Manufacturing is followed as per scheduling.
  • Ensure flawless introduction of new parts to production through proactive planning and crossfunctional communication.
  • Effectively implement the Engineering Change Process and set up robust process to support all engineering changes.
  • Reporting Critical MP&L issues to Plant and Scheduling Management
  • Maintains Daily Production Reporting system, which gathers inputs from Assembly Plants, and produces daily production and plant finished inventory reports online.
  • Provide daily/weekly/monthly production reporting coordination & metric tracking.
  • Ensure Service Parts get Schedules and shipped to FCSD on time as per requirement.
  • Ensure Part By Part get Schedules and shipped to customers plants on time as per requirement.
