Experience in assessing product according to specifications in accordance with the critical path, ensuring compliance across all departments. Negotiable package and good working conditions.

Requirements

Qualifications: National Diploma in Clothing/Fashion Design/Clothing Management.
Experience: 3 years Manufacturing experience (preferably within a Clothing/Lingerie environment).
Additional: xe2x80xa2 Diploma in Textile Technology OR xe2x80xa2 Bachelor's Degree in Consumer Science (with specialisation in Clothing Management) OR xe2x80xa2 Relevant qualification in Clothing Design. xe2x80xa2 3 years Retail experience in product technology with exposure to broad range of Clothing, including Lingerie, Sleepwear, Swimwear. xe2x80xa2 Experience working with suppliers to ensure good product quality and practices. xe2x80xa2 Experience in product fit and measuring requirements. xe2x80xa2 Experience in assessing samples and advising on fit for purpose, fit and technical outcomes. xe2x80xa2 Sound problem-solving and decision-making skills. xe2x80xa2 The ability to communicate effectively to suppliers and technical information to non-technical audiences. xe2x80xa2 Effectively represent the company to external customers, suppliers and stakeholders. xe2x80xa2 Analytical skills. xe2x80xa2 Sound planning, organising and time management skills. xe2x80xa2 Good networking, interpersonal and relationship building skills. xe2x80xa2 Negotiating skills. xe2x80xa2 Good conflict management skills.
