Job Description

Minimum requirements for the role:

• Must have a Master's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Product Manager in the field of plant nutrition or agriculture is essential
• Must have a deep understanding of plant nutrition, soil health, and agricultural practices
• Strong project management, organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills will be required
• Effective communication and teamwork skills are important
• Must be proficient in relevant tools and software for product management and agriculture (e.g., farm management software, agronomic tools)
• Must have knowledge of agricultural industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Conducting extensive market research to identify current and emerging agricultural trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to drive product development decisions.
• Creating and maintaining a detailed product roadmap, outlining key features, prioritizing tasks, and setting clear milestones.
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including regulatory, sales, marketing, and customer support to ensure successful product knowledge via product training and presentation.
• Gathering and prioritizing product requirements by actively engaging with internal stakeholders, agronomists, and farmers to understand their needs and challenges.
• Overseeing the entire product development process, from screening trials, registration trials, ensuring effectiveness and adequation to the farmer needs.
• Providing the marketing team with technical contents and supports (label technical contents, trial summaries, product technical training and training materials, etc.)
• Continuously monitoring and analysing product performance, collecting user feedback and metrics to make data-driven decisions for product improvements.
