Ensure CVA processes are adhered to within the entire BWE group.
Perform training on CVA administration with relevant regional stakeholders (point of sales and aftermarket) - Sales Reps; Sales Coordinators; Sales Administrators; Aftermarket Coordinators; Credit Controllers.
Directly support PSSR's; PSP's; CSC's with CVA queries
Coordinate with parts analysts to load relevant CVA price discounts
Manage CVA KPI's as well as deliver insights and recommendations to the relevant stakeholders (BWE & Cat)
Development of new/bespoke CVA concepts
Execute & implement joint growth initiatives with Caterpillar across BWE southern Africa
Drive sales of the relevant product group by prospecting for new customers and managing existing customer base across BWE southern Africa Territories
Identifying leads and opportunities for conversion
Develop and manage a sales pipeline by employing and executing sales funnel management
Proactively identifying specific opportunities by product group and/customer and developing programmes to support
Increase Parts Product sales, POPS-C, profitability, and customer satisfaction
Identify and visit potential customers to achieve incremental parts sales
Support of PSSR's as a Product Expert to increase market share.
Analyzing sales potential and document product requirements in collaboration with Caterpillar
Creating and delivering product GTM training to employeesGG
Managing inventory and demand planning of the relevant product group in line with sales funnel
Provide assistance & data to Caterpillar during field-testing within territory
Develop and maintain detailed information concerning Parts Product usage and practices
Submit competitive pricing and product information to develop value comparisons to Caterpillar
Identify and report on: Product performance, pricing, significant activities of competitors, new opportunities
Qualification, Experience and Competencies
B. Engineering/Marketing Degree an advantage or Equivalent
3 to 5 years in earthmoving environment / mining / construction
2 years cross discipline experience an advantage (Service/Parts/Product support)
Advanced Microsoft Office experience
Adequate Product knowledge in Major Classes
Front line sales experience
Solution Development
Product Knowledge/Overview
Sound Business Acumen
Data Analysis background
Related business experience in Sales and Marketing environment
