Qualifications & Experience:
Education & Certifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Automotive Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred but not mandatory. Certifications in Product Management (e.g., Pragmatic Institute) or Automotive/Truck industry are a plus.
Industry Experience:
3+ years in product management, sales, or marketing within the automotive, trucking, or heavy equipment sectors; knowledge of commercial vehicles, emission standards, fuel efficiency, and telematics.

Product lifecycle management
Technical knowledge of truck specifications
Dealer and customer engagement
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools (Salesforce), and analytics platforms

Local market experience and fluency in English and local languages
Valid driver's license (minimum C1, B preferred)
Willingness to travel to dealerships, trade shows, and manufacturing sites
