Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and organized

Regional Sales Manager Assistant

to join our dynamic commercial vehicle team. In this role, you'll support the Regional Sales Manager across multiple dealership locations, helping to drive sales performance, manage reporting, and streamline regional operations.

Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day support to the Regional Sales Manager across assigned regions Assist with sales reporting, data analysis, and tracking dealership performance Coordinate communication and meetings between regional sales teams and head office Manage travel arrangements, appointments, and administrative tasks Support the rollout of promotions, marketing campaigns, and regional sales strategies Liaise with dealerships, customers, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

2+ years experience in a sales support, key account, or admin coordination role (preferably in the automotive or commercial vehicle industry) Strong knowledge of sales processes and regional coordination Excellent communication and time management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Must be willing and able to travel across regions as required Valid driver's license is essential

Preferred Experience

Background in commercial vehicles, fleet sales, or dealership environments Experience supporting senior sales managers or key account executives

Pay: From R20000,00 per month

Expected hours: No less than 8 per week
