Job Description

Sales Support & Revenue Assistance:



Assist in implementing regional sales strategies for new and used trucks, parts, and services.



Collect and analyze market and competitor data to support business development efforts.



Help monitor dealership sales performance and prepare summary reports for management review.



Dealership & Customer Coordination:



Support communication and coordination with dealership sales teams.



Help organize training sessions and provide resources to improve dealership performance.



Assist in managing relationships with fleet managers, leasing companies, and individual customers.



Respond to customer inquiries and assist in resolving concerns to ensure satisfaction.



Business Development Assistance:



Research potential leads and assist in identifying new business opportunities.



Coordinate logistics and materials for industry events, trade shows, and promotional campaigns.



Collaborate with the marketing team to support local campaigns and sales promotions.



Reporting & CRM Management:



Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities, and sales activities in the CRM system.



Assist with preparing sales reports, forecasts, and budget data for senior management.



Monitor inventory and regional performance metrics under the guidance of the Sales Manager.



Compliance & Training Support:



Help ensure dealership adherence to manufacturer programs and pricing strategies.



Coordinate training logistics and assist in delivering sessions on product knowledge and sales techniques.



Education:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Automotive Technology, or a related field preferred but not a must .



Experience:



2-3 years of experience in truck sales, commercial vehicle sales, or a related administrative or support role.



Familiarity with Class 6-8 trucks and dealership operations is preferred.



Skills:



Strong organizational and communication skills.



Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).



Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.



Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
