- This is a full-time on-site role located in Umhlanga for a Product and Lead Manager.
- The Product and Lead Manager will be responsible for leading product development and product management teams, translating business needs and requirements into technical specifications, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to plan, design, and launch products.
- The Product and Lead Manager will also be responsible for analyzing market trends and customer feedback to identify new product opportunities and develop product roadmaps that align with the company's strategic goals.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a financial services or retail sectors with a proven track record of launching and managing successful products.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Computer Science, or other relevant field
- sProven experience in lead management and customer acquisition Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
