Procurement Manager
Job Description
RedCat Recruitment is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced PROCUREMENT MANAGER for a large manufacturing concern based in the KwaZulu-Natal Midlands.
REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12.
Drivers license / own reliable vehicle.
Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Management or a Business Administration with background in
procurement or related field.
Competent computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet). Strong MS Excel skills and working knowledge on Sage programme.
Previous rubber manufacturing industry experience would be advantageous.
Previous compound working experience an added advantage.
5yrs+ previous working experience in a similar position is essential.
Substantial knowledge of the procurement processes and systems.
Substantial knowledge and experience in Quality Management System.
Duties include procurement strategy, purchasing and supplier management; contract management, health and safety.
