You will be accountable for fostering vendor relationships, negotiating terms, sourcing new suppliers, overseeing purchase orders, managing price discrepancies, controlling the budget, and mitigating risks through a detailed risk register and contingency plan, collaborating with the Finance Team, monitoring the Purchase Price Variance account, procuring non-stock items, sourcing new suppliers when needed, and ensuring proper authorization, consistent reporting and cost-saving initiatives as pivotal components of your role.
The incumbent will be reporting into the senior member of the Finance Team.
