Job Summary Minimum Requirements: Essential: Diploma or Degree in Procurement and Logistics. +5 years of experience in administrative, procurement, and logistics roles within the chemical industry. Essential: Sage Familiarity with the procurement of both bulk and specialty chemicals, including their packaging and transportation, while adhering to relevant safety regulations. Valid Drivers License and Vehicle. Duties and responsibilities: Manage incoming telephone inquiries. Expedite orders and communicate lead times. Collect delivery notes for invoice processing. Maintain a register of quotes. Assist with the compilation of financial reports. Process received orders. Handle invoices and job processing. Compile and submit quotations. Negotiate pricing and meet with suppliers. Coordinate transport and deliveries with transportation companies. Liaise with sales engineers.
