Job Summary
Job & Company Description: This is a hands-on role that spans the full engineering lifecycle -- from conceptual and process design to detailed engineering, fabrication, commissioning, and plant optimization. You'll be part of a multidisciplinary team working on innovative modular process solutions that bring efficiency and performance to real-world production environments.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop process flow diagrams (PFDs), mass and energy balances, and process simulations
• Perform process design calculations and prepare specifications for critical process equipment (pumps, vessels, exchangers, reactors, etc.)
• Support FEED, detailed design, and commissioning phases of modular process plant projects
• Liaise with mechanical, electrical, and automation teams to ensure seamless project integration
• Participate in HAZOPs, process safety reviews, and ensure compliance with standards and codes
• Support troubleshooting, optimization, and process improvement during plant commissioning and operation
• Prepare process documentation, reports, and handover deliverables

Qualifications & Experience Required:

• BEng/BSc/BTech in Chemical or Process Engineering
• Minimum 5 years' process design experience in chemical, metallurgical, or mining industries
• Strong technical understanding of hydrometallurgical, chemical, or mineral processing systems
• Proficiency in process simulation software (Aspen HYSYS, Aspen Plus, or similar)
• Hands-on experience with modular or skid-based plant projects highly advantageous
• Excellent analytical, communication, and project coordination skills
• Willingness to travel for project and site support
