As the Private Equity Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of private equity investments on behalf of our client. This includes conducting due diligence, identifying investment opportunities, and working closely with portfolio companies to drive value creation. You will play a crucial role in the investment decision-making process, performing in-depth financial analysis and monitoring performance metrics. Additionally, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients and providing strategic advice.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of private equity investments
• Conduct thorough financial analysis and due diligence on potential investments
• Identify and evaluate investment opportunities in the financial services sector
• Monitor the performance of portfolio companies and provide strategic advice
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry professionals
• Participate in the investment decision-making process, including deal structuring and negotiations
• Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to identify investment prospects

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of financial modeling and valuation techniques
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• CFA or other relevant professional certifications preferred
• Proven track record of successful private equity investments
