Principal Technical Assistant - Cape Town
The TES employee(s) will be responsible for the following function / work:
1. Assist the Principal Technician with service management responsibilities.
2. Call taking from users and clients
3. Provide ticket update on the CRM system
4. Client liaison and updates
5. Monthly reporting
6. Call escalation
7. Adhoc requests for reports
8. Team/ shift lead
The TES employee(s) must meet the following requirements:
Qualification: Grade 12
Experience: Service management field and client liaison, experience in technical operations centre and service management advantageous.
Other skills /requirements (Specify)
1. Valid driver's licence with own vehicle.
2.Good communication skills and etiquette
