Key Responsibilities:
? Oversee daily operations of the preschool, ensuring compliance with educational standards and regulations
? Lead and support teachers and staff in delivering our high-quality curriculum
? Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment for children
? Build strong relationships with parents, staff, and the community
? Manage budgets, enrollments, and administrative tasks efficiently
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Qualifications in Early Childhood Education
- Minimum 5 years of experience in early childhood education and leadership
- Strong knowledge of curriculum development and child development principles
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
