Job Description
A leading automotive dealership is seeking dynamic and target-driven Sales Executives to join their PreOwned Vehicle division in Springs. The ideal candidate will have strong sales experience, a passion for customer service, and the drive to exceed targets in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of new and used vehicles, achieving monthly unit targets.
- Deliver excellent customer service and handle enquiries professionally.
- Guide customers through the full sales process, from test drives to finance and delivery.
- Maintain product and industry knowledge to support sales.
- Ensure compliance with internal systems and dealership standards.
- Previous experience in vehicle sales.
- Proven track record of achieving 8+ units per month.
- Knowledge of Seriti System and CMS (advantageous).
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to work in a high-performance sales environment.
