The Mission: What You'll Do

• Drive Volume: Consistently achieve and exceed monthly targets (5-6+ premium units).
• Master the Cycle: Manage the full 360-degree sales process - from digital enquiries and test drives to finance approval and the "big reveal" at delivery.
• Lead Generation: Proactively utilize lead management systems and web-based initiatives to find your next deal. Don't just wait for walk-ins; research the market and gather your own leads.
• Customer Experience: Deliver top-level service that turns a standard enquiry into a loyal brand advocate.
• Market Intel: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor offerings, and product knowledge to maintain your competitive edge.

Who You Are (Requirements)
We are looking for a motivated, energetic closer who can provide tangible proof of their success.

• Experience: 2-5 years of current/recent experience in Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales within a corporate motor dealership environment.
• The Premium Pedigree: Specific experience in Premium brands is essential.
• The Track Record: You must be able to demonstrate a consistent history of selling ideally 5-6+ units monthly.
• Qualifications: A valid driver's license and a clear criminal record are non-negotiable.
• The "Bonus" Factor: Having the Mercedes-Benz /BMW Training Academy C-Sales certification will put you at the front of the queue.
• Skills: Exceptional negotiation, interpersonal, and closing skills. You must thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced "corporate" culture.
