Job Summary
What You'll Be Doing

Think of this role as equal parts analyst, model builder, and creative problem-solver:
Explore and clean big, messy datasets using Python, R, or SAS - and uncover insights no one else saw coming
Build predictive models that forecast customer behaviour, credit risk, returns, and more
Create visuals and dashboards with Power BI or Tableau to tell the story behind the numbers
Work closely with actuaries, finance experts, and consultants to solve real business problems
Grow fast with on-the-job learning, mentorship, and hands-on exposure to high-impact projects

What You Bring

A Master's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, or similar (PhD = bonus!)
0-2 years of practical experience in data science or ML projects
Strong coding skills in Python or R
Solid grasp of statistical modelling and ML algorithms
Exposure to cloud tools (Azure, AWS) and big data tech (Hadoop, Spark) is a plus
Some experience with Power BI or Tableau
If you've worked in finance or consulting, even better - but not a dealbreaker
