Job Summary What You'll Do:
Explore and Analyse Data:
Clean, transform and interrogate massive datasets using Python, R, or SAS. Find the trends others miss and uncover insights that drive business decisions.
Build Predictive Models:
Develop and refine machine learning models to forecast customer behaviour, credit risk, financial returns, and more.
Tell the Story Visually:
Transform complex analytics into compelling visuals and dashboards using tools like Power BI or Tableau.
Collaborate Across Disciplines:
Work hand-in-hand with specialists in actuarial, finance, and consulting - contributing directly to high-stakes client solutions.
Grow Every Day:
Learn fast through structured training, mentorship, and exposure to diverse projects. Your development matters here.
What You Bring:
- A Master's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, or a related field (PhD studies = a bonus!)
- 0-2 years of experience in data science or machine learning
- Strong coding skills in Python or R
- Knowledge of statistical modelling and ML algorithms
- Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and big data tools (Spark, Hadoop) is advantageous
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau or similar visualisation platforms is a plus
- Financial modelling or consulting exposure? Even better!
