Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It):
- Build end-to-end predictive models from scratchyes, we mean it.
- Drive model lifecycle management, from idea prototype deployment.
- Apply statistical wizardry and ML know-how to real business problems.
- Collaborate with a fast-moving team of Data Scientists, Analysts & Engineers.
- Stay ahead of the tech curvethink cutting-edge tools, frameworks, and trends.
- 3+ years building predictive models in Python and R.
- Strong stats & machine learning foundation.
- You get datathe messy kind, the incomplete kind, the "how-do-we-even-use-this?" kind.
- You speak model performance metrics like a native.
- Team player with a hacker spirit and a desire to make cool stuff that works.
