operated at the push of a button. As we expand, we're looking for a skilled and detail-oriented

Precision Boilermaker / Fitment Technician

to join our production team and assist the current team in building these systems. .

Position Overview

This role is ideal for someone who can

work precisely, independently

, and as part of a team. You will be responsible for assisting with the

assembly, installation, and maintenance

of the electric slide-out bed boxes used in our caravans, ensuring every fitment is completed to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

Install the electric slide-out box

on caravans (push-button motorised system) Fit and wire the

electronic motor

that controls the slide-out mechanism Assemble the full box structure by attaching

pre-cut aluminium intrusions

to the frame Ensure perfect

alignment, sealing

, and gap-free installation to prevent wind ingress Conduct

troubleshooting and maintenance

of slide-out components as needed Work both

independently and collaboratively

with team members during fitment Maintain high standards of

craftsmanship and attention to detail

Take

ownership

of your build and perform quality control on each unit Be available for

occasional overtime work

(paid) Work

unsupervised

and show initiative

Requirements & Skills

Relevant trade qualification or

boilermaking/fabrication experience

Experience in

metalwork assembly, welding

, or structural fitting Ability to read basic

technical drawings or fitment instructions

Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability Comfortable working with

electric motors and basic wiring

Proven

attention to detail

and ability to deliver a neat, aligned final product Physically fit and able to handle manual, hands-on tasks Responsible, punctual, and self-motivated Previous experience in the

caravan, trailer, or off-road vehicle industry

will be an advantage
