Practice Operations Manager
and take charge of ensuring the smooth, efficient, and patient-centred running of our Rustenburg branch. This role is ideal for someone who is solutions-driven, highly organised, and passionate about healthcare operations and team support.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and optimize all operational, front-desk and administrative functions.
Manage team schedules, task allocation, and staff leave with efficiency and clarity.
Lead the reception and support team with professionalism, accountability, and care.
Monitor appointment bookings, billing systems (including MedEdi), patient records, and daily operational reporting.
Identify issues proactively and implement streamlined solutions and processes.
Act as the operational link between clinical staff, patients, and support teams.
Ensure ongoing compliance with data protection, healthcare standards, and internal procedures.
Contribute to a high-performance culture focused on teamwork, morale, and excellent patient experiences.
What We're Looking For
Strong leadership and operational management abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Calm and effective problem-solver with a proactive mindset
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and independently driven
Proficient in MedEdi, Microsoft Office, and Google Drive
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a healthcare, medical, or allied health environment
Experience managing a team or clinic is a strong advantage
A qualification in office administration, business management, healthcare, or a related field is preferred
Clinical or healthcare background is an added advantage
