PR and Admin Manager - Cape TownPR & Administration ManagerOur client an esteemed Yacht Club based in the South Peninsula, Cape Town, is looking to fill the position of PR and Admin Manager. The overall responsibility as the front-line person of the Yacht Club, will be to assist members and visitors with a variety of queries. Customer relationship management is of high importance and the right candidate will be friendly and outgoing with a keen eye for detail. This is a full-time onsite position.Minimum Requirements/qualifications:Appropriate experience in PR, Admin and Event ManagementPrevious experience in the hospitality/club management industries will be an advantage.Must be computer literate including experience with Office 365 and relevant accounting software.Overview of the Position:Membership and admin management are core functions of this position.Liaison with the General Committee, along with secretarial tasks related to the meetings.Manage all Club correspondence and notices.Managing access control, issuing of member access cards, temporary contractor access and maintaining the access control databaseManaging bookings for member events, film/stills shoots and co-ordinating to ensure the daily smooth running of the Club.Developing and maintaining good relationships with members and visitors to the ClubProcessing Invoices on the accounting system, keeping the database up to date and assistance with member queries.Assisting with the structure and checking of the weekly newsletter and sending out reminders to membersForging good relationships with all relevant organisations including other yacht clubs.Remuneration: 15k - 17k based on experience
