As an Account Coordinator, you'll play a key support role on the Campaign Management team. Your job is to help keep client campaigns running smoothly by handling research, outreach prep, and scheduling support. This is a foundational role ideal for someone looking to grow into podcast media strategy, client services, or content operations.
What You'll Do
1) Podcast Research & Outreach Support
Research, vet, and qualify podcasts for client campaigns using internal tools
Assist with drafting and formatting podcast outreach pitches
Update and maintain campaign Airtables with research and booking progress
Track podcast host responses and flag opportunities or issues to the CM
2) Campaign Coordination & Admin
Support scheduling and confirmation of podcast interviews
Assist with updating client facing documents (trackers, agendas, bios)
Help manage approvals and deadlines for show bookings
3) Client & Team Communication
Help prepare client update emails as needed
- Monitor shared inboxes and alert CMs to any client or host communication - requiring action
Coordinate with the CMs on booking logistics or reschedules
What You Bring
Strong writing and communication skills
