A luxury hotel group in Durban is seeking professional Porters to assist with guest arrivals, luggage handling, and providing a warm welcome to all visitors.
Description
Porters will be responsible for greeting guests, assisting with baggage, escorting guests to rooms, and providing information about hotel facilities and local attractions.
The role also includes supporting concierge services, handling deliveries, and maintaining lobby cleanliness.
This is an excellent entry-level hospitality role for individuals passionate about guest service.
