Job Description
Job Summary Duties:
Welcome and assist guests with their luggage upon arrival and departure.
Transport guests to and from the hotel in a safe and courteous manner.
Provide information about the hotel's facilities, local attractions, and services.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, entrance, and vehicles.
Assist with room deliveries and special requests as needed.
Ensure the hotel's vehicles are well-maintained and report any issues promptly.
Collaborate with the front desk and concierge team to enhance guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Knowledge of the local area and attractions in Cape Town.
Physically fit and able to handle luggage and other physical tasks.
Professional appearance and conduct at all times.
